The house is very well located, and the pool is maintained daily, so the water quality is excellent. However, the pool's scales are slowly falling off, and this is clearly ignored by the owner. Unfortunately, the house had several defects: there was often no hot water, fuses occasionally blew, no information folder with basic instructions, no cleaning supplies (broom, dish soap), and some drains were clogged upon our arrival (we fixed this ourselves).
