One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub and River Esk in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.5 miles. Pipit House is well-positioned to enjoy a North Yorkshire escape. Note: £20 supplement per dog. Note: This property has two flights of steep stairs.
