Pinfold View is a lovely detached bungalow situated in the village of Seaton, 2.7 miles from Hornsea. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double with en-suite shower, a double with en-suite shower and two twins, together with a bathroom, a kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, a sitting room and a sun room. Outside there's off road parking for four cars, an enclosed side lawned garden with furniture and a side patio with furniture. Pinfold View is a delightful family holiday home.

All ground floor. Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 2) and dining area. Sitting room. Sun room.

Area
The small village of Seaton has a pub, The Swan Inn, as well as bus service. Less than three miles away is the seaside town of Hornsea, which has long, wide, safe sandy beaches, an attractive promenade, and small shops, pubs and cafes. Nearby Hornsea Mere is the largest natural lake in Yorkshire, and Hornsea Freeport is popular for shopping.

Region
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Pinfold View was a lovely bungalow to stay at.. It was very spacious for the 8 of us and exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed including a quiet room and large garden. The surrounding area was beautiful too. The cottage was in a good location not far from some very nice beaches and coastline.

This holiday was fabulous, it’s the second time we have been to Pinfold view because it’s just a perfect place to relax.. the hosts gave it the Christmassy feel with the tree and decorations. it was just lovely yet again and we have made lots of lovely memories

The bungalow was immacutely clean and very tastefully furnished and decorated.. Couldn't find any negatives atall. The location was lovely and peaceful and walking distance to a pub.

This was an extremely spacious bungalow which was ideal for me as a disabled person and just as importantly ideal for the rest of my party, especially my youngest grandson who had only just started crawling two weeks prior to our holiday - he came on leaps and bounds in the generously sized lounge.. The bungalow was well situated for visiting Hornsea, The Mere at Hornsea, Honeysuckle Farm which was not far from the bungalow, Bridlington and other local attractions. Mr Moos Ice Cream Parlour at Skipsea was a favourite place for my older grandson. We only had one bad day weather wise and on this occasion we visited The Deep at Hull which quite a lot of other families decided to visit on the day as it was very busy. I recommend this bungalow for any large family or families who require space and comfort and who is considering this part of the country.

This was our second visit to Pinfold View and was as enjoyable as the last.. From the moment you step through the doors you can begin to see the high standard of decor,cleanliness and comfort that continue throughout this bright and spacious home. We especially liked the lounge it is a great size with very comfy sofas and chairs for everyone and patio doors that open out into a lovely, secure garden. I also wanted to mention that I am a disabled person and found the house ideal as there is only one step at the main entrance and patio doors and showers you can step into. The local area is lovely we enjoyed days out in Hornsea, Beverley and York. We were also very lucky and had good weather all week. All in all a lovely holiday in a house we would highly recommend.

Excellent property for 3 generation group or two families.. Location good for visiting both North (Bridlington, Flamborough/Bempton and Filey and South (Hull and Withernsea). Property facilities excellent. (One improvement which would be good is to upgrade the electric hob from the very old-fashioned/slow type to ceramic or induction hob.)

The stay that I had was thoroughly enjoyable, the home exceeded all expectations and was even nicer than I was expecting it to be.. The owner of the home was great too, we encountered a problem with the oven however the owner was very apologetic and seeked to resolve the issue immediately. Would recommend to anyone.

Better in real life than in the photos.. 7 of us (family) plus 2 dogs stayed for a weekend. The rooms are all a good size and very comfortably furnished. 3 bathrooms is definitely an advantage. The enclosed garden was brilliant for playing ball with the dogs and star gazing at night. The weather turned out much better than forecast so we managed 2 trips to the local beach at Hornsea for an invigorating walk on the sand. Needless to say the dogs loved a good run around and paddle in the sea. Also visited a dog friendly cafe whilst there (Crafty Cafe I think it was called).

This cottage is amazing! Spacious, clean and comfortable. The whole family enjoyed staying here. The garden was also great for the dog to play in. It also had an outside tap to wash off muddy paws Lots of walks close by. A real home from home.

A fabulous, extremely spacious (both indoors and garden wise) bungalow, set in this tranquil village just a few miles from the sea. The accommodation is exceptionally well presented and maintained with a huge open plan living/dining/kitchen. Lovely views of the neighbouring ponies are a real treat and the 'wrap-around' garden is secure and a pleasure for humans and dogs alike! Everywhere is fantastically and comfortably equipped. The bedrooms all have comfortable beds- the king and double rooms having their own spacious ensuite with walk in showers. The two twin bedded rooms share a great family bathroom equipped with a separate walk in shower. This is a perfect get-away holiday rental for a large family or group of friends to either chill out or to explore the surrounding attractions. As an added bonus, the very friendly Swan Inn Pub just across the road does a fantastic Sunday lunch too! Recommended +++++

Pinfold View is an extremely comfortable, exceptionally spacious and immaculate 4 bedroom bungalow in large tranquil grounds.. 2 bedrooms ( king and double) have their own spacious ensuite shower rooms and the 2 twin bed rooms share a large bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The location of the bungalow is perfect for dog walks and is only a couple of miles from the beach. Across the road from the accommodation is a great pub. A perfect holiday home for a large family, or group of friends to relax or celebrate a special occasion.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Pinfold and have recommended to a friend who is also going for the 2nd time also this year.. The accommodation is dog friendly, with lovely walks, warm, clean and has everything to make the stay very comfortable. We will certainly be booking again.

Fabulous bungalow.. Wanted to take it home! East Riding is a very nice area. We were most impressed with the beach and promenade at Hornsea. The dogs loved the beach too and there is a large designated amount of beach to take them on. Wished the grandchildren had been with us as excellent beach for children too. We visited Flamborough Head, Bridlington (South Beach brilliant for walking dogs), York and went North up to Whitby but it was uncomfortably busy so went to rObins hood bay, beautiful. The bungalow was well placed and there is a good garden centre just up the road with a good restaurant for breakfasts and lunches. Would happily recommend to anyone.

The photos on the website really don't do this property justice.. Pinfold view is an extremely spacious and comfortable home with a huge garden, great for children and dogs. It's well placed for tourist destinations in Hornsea, Beverley, Hull and Bridlington. We really didn't want to leave and would have transported it back with us if we could. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful family holiday.. Pinfold View was perfect. There was lots of room for the children to play and the adults to relax. It was lovely to have the large dining table to all sit around for meals. We had lots of fun and chats around that table ! The garden was amazing !! Perfect for family fun. The horse and foal in the adjoining field were an added bonus as was the peacock !!

We had a fantastic holiday at Pinfold View it certainly has the wow factor in terms of decor and layout and the photos shown here do not do it justice.. The house is finished to a high standard throughout and had everything we needed and as a lovely touch the owners left us some delicious biscuits and a bottle of wine. The garden is securely fenced so our dog could enjoy it and the surrounding area is lovely and there are plenty of places to visit. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year. I highly recommend this place to all.

Excellent accommodation, excellent garden, excellent all round holiday home - could have moved in! ! Lovely area everything you could possibly need right on the doorstep, but quiet and privacy were never an issue. Well equipped and very spacious accommodation with ample garden space for children and dogs to play.. The additional patio space wasa bonus to provide a relaxing quiet area.Good off road parking was ideal and a most relaxing location for waking anda base for the many local amenities including Hornsea which wasa 5 minute drive away

Absolutely fabulous holiday property for our four-generation family group.. Our ages ranged from 92 years to 2 months at the time of the holiday and we were all extremely happy with Pinfold View. The owners very kindly left a ramp for wheelchair access through the conservatory/sun room, invaluable for the less able in our group. The place is wonderfully modern, clean, bright, tastefully decorated and very well equipped throughout. The garden is totally child and dog safe and the local residents are friendly and helpful. The location is marvelous, quiet and peaceful with great vistas, particularly from the sitting room and kitchen, yet very close to so many bustling places of interest. We had the most wonderful family holiday at Pinfold View and I can't recommend it highly enough.

The property was perfect for our party, including our dog, and it was actually even better in the flesh than on the website.. It was very spacious but at the same time comfortable, homely and very cosy. It was in a great location with beautiful open field views and plenty of enclosed outside space for sunny days.

As me, my wife, daughter and her family walked through the front door we were amazed on how stunning this property is. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished with 2 having ensuite, the kids were amazed with the sun room having space to get away from us grown ups, while we couldn't get over the size of the Lounge and dining area, enough seating for all to relax and enjoy a good Xmas movie, enough room for Santa to pile up each persons presents, enough room round the table for a good traditional Xmas dinner, not forgetting the kitchen had all we needed to cook the family dinners. The dogs were happy to have the large expanse of space to run around and exercise in the garden and so wonderful to be greeted by the foal and mother every morning. The Swan public house was just minutes away as the people are so friendly. A bus stop into Hornsea just around the corner. All in all a perfect holiday home for all the family to enjoy. Booked again for xmas 2018.

This is a new holiday let and has obviously been recently renovated. Standard of accommodation is excellent throughout as is quality of furnishings. The property is very large with plenty of space for larger family groups or several couples with both a large family lounge as well as a quiet sun room area which is great if you want some time away from the kids. There is a main bathroom with 2 additional ensuites all finished to a high standard and all accommodation is on one level which is great if stairs are an issue for anyone in your group. Outside there is a large enclosed garden area which is ideal for letting children play safely as well. Locally there is loads to do. The seaside resort of Hornsea is close by and the large garden centre just up the road is well worth a visit. Highly recommended and a fantastic break, we look forward to returning, thanks
