Plenty of room/rooms/bathrooms/patios/parking. Luxurious beds, TVs everywhere. Extensive grassed garden - kids, take a football. Location and scenery and wild life exceptional. Swans, shelducks, cormorants etc visible from lounge windows and front patio. Stayed 29.4.23 to 6.5.23. House appears architect designed and dressed.
Not close to any shop or cafe.

We (9 adults plus dog) stayed at Pickleridge View and loved the location, fantastic size of the property and ample parking facilities!
There was one issue that prevented us from leaving the full 5-star review…some areas of the property were not clean, eg bathrooms and kitchenware all needing a good clean before we could use them…on the plus side, the bedding was pristine!!!
At the time of our visit the boiler was out of order but several plug-in heaters were provided. This didn’t affect hot water fortunately.
Dale was just a 15 minute walk away (pubs/cafe/water sports etc) but for a food shop, you’ll need to drive approx 20 mins in any direction.
The outlook from the front of the house over the estuary was just beautiful and the large back garden was great for the dog.
Overall a wonderful experience with lots of memories made so thank you!!!
