Chalet Picardie Nendaz, Valais

Pleasant chalet, access potentially a bit difficult.

Beautiful, spacious accommodation with patio. Unfortunately some kitchen utensils were dirty.

As mentioned in the title, the chalet is on a non-sunny slope. Nendaz is a big resort with many advantages (shops open every day) but also disadvantages (price, crowds, traffic jams). In addition, access is very difficult in winter, possible with snow tires without chains but requiring good control of the vehicle (steep descent). Be careful not to arrive at night at the risk of getting lost. To park, you will have to maneuver. And the bad news: there is only one parking space. Knowing that it is a chalet for 6 people, it is limited. Finally, to access a chalet, there is a particularly slippery staircase from the car park. Be careful not to make a bad fall. Other than that, our stay in this chalet was very pleasant.

Pleasant exterior, beautiful view, suitable for children. Too bad there was no hot water for three days.

Very pleasant chalet but access with stairs is not practical and parking space is too small

The chalet is practically furnished and fully met our requirements. The change is also generous and perfect for our bitch. Unfortunately, no rays of sunshine fall on the plot from January to mid-February. If you are not motorized, the way to the village or to the ski area is very difficult.

Nice location with garden, functional, old furniture, especially in the living/dining room, difficult to find in the dark, poor signage
