Area The town of St Blazey, close to the Eden Project is situated three miles from St Austell. Nearby Charlestown is a much sought after coastal village of stone cottages and regency houses. It's famous for its collection of tall ships riding at anchor in the harbour, the shipwreck museum, pubs and restaurants and easy access to the coastal path. The old market town of St. Austell lies just a few miles from the south coast.

We had a very comfortable stay at Phoenix house ,this was the first time that we have rented a holiday cottage and we would definitely do it again..
This house is in a very central location for getting to all parts of Cornwall easily.. Very quiet, well equipped house in a small town. Some local shops but Tesco ,Lidl and Asda very close on way to st Austell
