The location is great, relatively central in the Eixample district. Overall, the apartment is very worn out. The seating areas are relatively new, but the chairs at the dining table were extremely wobbly. Sometimes very loud at night through the light shafts. The quality of the rooms is very different. The single room is extremely tiny. The bathrooms partly calcified. Kitchen well equipped. Although I informed the key holder about our flight details, we had to wait 30 minutes in front of the door.

This is a functional and well located accommodation as it is a 15-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya. The presence of a bakery as well as a tobacconist in front of the apartment are also a "plus". The nearest metro station, "Hospital Clinic" (L5) is a good 5 minute walk away. The accommodation is large and well appointed: the 2 bathrooms are appreciable and the master bedroom is perfect for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cooking fires), although a roll of paper towels would have been welcome. The apartment is clean and air conditioned (2 wall mounted air conditioners: one in the living room and another in the master bedroom). The welcome from the host was perfect: he was easily reachable by emails and messages and allowed us to enjoy the apartment a few more hours on the day of departure, in the absence of another reservation (check -out initially scheduled at 10 a.m.). We had requested 2 sets of keys because there were many of us: favorable response from the host.

Very good location, huge and spacious apartment. In the vicinity of many shops, cafes, a well-stocked market hall. Very good base for exploring the city, nice neighborhood. To improve the details related to the cleanliness of the apartment and the replacement of some dishes in the kitchen (especially pans)

Very pleasant apartment, clean, quiet, very pleasant host who speaks French, the only downside is that you have to park the vehicle in a paid parking lot.

We had a very good time staying in this place, everything like shops/restaurant/banks is within 5mins walking distance. The host was friendly and helpful if you wanted to ask or query about somethings. I would definitely come back again

Functional and practical apartment in the very center of Barcelona. The weak point: noise from neighbors floor above a good part of the night!
