You need 1 car, because there are no amenities in the immediate vicinity. The area is luxurious and very pleasant, about 15 minutes walk from the beautiful coves for walking if you are in good physical condition. The residence is very well maintained. Swimming pool accessible at all times, unheated water, but very good temperature. The apartment is on 2 levels, very large loggia terraces and solarium. 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom. Gas-equipped kitchen. Only downside: noise from the air-air exchanger

Very quiet clean and exactly how it appears on the website however I could not seam to get the air conditioner working on the main floor
