Pebble Bay is a traditional style property located in the town of Brixham, nearby Dartmouth. Boasting three bedrooms: two double (one with en-suite) and another room with adult bunks, along with a separate family bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to six people. The cottage also contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with open fire. To the outside is roadside parking and outstanding harbour scenery. Located amongst fantastic coastal views, Pebble Bay is a delightful stay in a warming part of Devon.

Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x second floor king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size double, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, shower, and basin, and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining, and sitting area with open fire.

Area
Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Just returned after a 7 night break at Pebble Bay. House is beautiful with everything you need. Tea, Coffee and milk waiting for you which i thought was a nice touch. Beds all comfy and made up on arrival, Lounge area is perfect for relaxing after sight seeing all day. We never had any issue parking, sometimes we had to drive round a couple of times but always got a parking space in the end. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed at Pebble Bay late September and had fantastic weather. The house is very close in location to Brixham Harbour and all the bars and shops, which was perfect. Took the ferry over Torquay while we were there from the Harbour. The house was lovely and clean and was perfect for the four of us stopping there! Have already booked for a gain next year! ??

Stayed here for a few nights in February the cottage was very clean and had great facilities everything you need to make it a great holiday. There is a lovely park a couple of minutes away from the cottage with bowling green and tennis courts. We managed to park very easy on furzeham Road. The cottage has beautiful view from the bedrooms. Will definitely rebook for next year.

Fantastic week staying at pebble bay, comfortable well presented cottage in a great location. Nice walk down into Brixham harbour and ideal base to visit beautiful Devon. No issues with parking as parked close to cottage and used local buses as cheap and hassle free for family. Lovely park close by which is great for all ages and amazing views.

Fantastic holiday in Pebble Bay cottage.. Extended family 5 of us from age 9 to 69. Beautiful location , view of harbour from bedrooms Fantastic decor. Exceptionally well furnished with top notch fittings. Quirky and brilliant use made of every area to maximise space especially top bedroom with cute ensuite. Good facilities, including Wi-fi and TV, washer and dishwasher. Luxurious main bathroom with roll top bath and free standing shower also. Spotless clean and well looked after. Quite a few narrow stairs but we soon got use to them. Lovely green close by . Poppy loved to win grandad at football there, and visit The Golden Hind pirate ship on the harbour. Good exercise. Brixham is a lovely harbour town, plenty of restaurants and lovely walks. Beautiful coastline, easy walk to town, though quite hilly, soon got used to it, several ways to it , broadsteps best way. Berry Head is a must to visit, lovely little cafe, great views. Good base for Paignton , Goodrington Sands, Totnes, Dartmouth, Torquay, Broadsands Take the bus if you don't want to drive. Plenty of boat trips also. Very friendly locals and well looked after clean streets with lovely flowers everywhere. To top it all , after a cold start the weather turned out to be fantastic for April .Will definitely be back .

We loved Pebble Bay, sweet wee cottage.. Fresh bright lovely and clean, well presented home from home. Boost to have the dishwasher & washing machine. The steps were a bit challenging 2 of us have dodgy knees! We soon found it easier to walk up the roads better for our knees and legs!! Suggestion: please could you give each person an extra hand towel each. Also need a lock on the bathroom door! bit of a laugh as we had to shout out "gardyloo" or some such silliness!! We were so fortunate with the weather glorious & warm. Definitely recommend to Friends & Family.

We’ve just had a fabulous week here. And already booked up for next year. Such a warm and cosy cottage. Updated and decorated with love and care. The little extras made our stay even better...towels, soap, kitchen cloths. Teabags milk and biscuits ready for our arrival. Beds are really comfy. Washing machine and dishwasher adds to the convenience. Can’t fault it!! And can’t wait to come back.

We paid for my parent's to stay at Pebble Bay back in March for my father's 60th Birthday, they had a wonderful time, my Mom was blown away with the decor, referring to it as hotel standard, the beautuful traditional bath, the luxurious mattress and super soft towels giving that quality feel to the break, the kitchen was fully equipped,and the location was so near to some lovely restaurant's it made for a tricky choice eating in or dining out, The cottage has wonderful views my parents took some wonderful photo's of the pretty harbour & boats, it really was a place to relax in comfort, if your looking for quality Pebble Bay is the place to book, I certainly know my parent's are keen to return, but next time with us (:

Very clean and comfortable cottage,with everything needed for a holiday there.. The only problem is no parking avaliable but we found roadside parking nearby,however I should imagine it must be difficult to find free parking near to cottage in the peak holiday period.

16/09/18 stayed there for the week and best holiday ever the cottage was amazing and spacious and had everything you need at Pebnle bay brixham! ! I couldn't of asked for a better week away!! The beds were amazingly comfy and everything was just great. There are some great attractions around.. for an example Paignton zoo, Torquay, paignton pier, Dartmoor Moors. It's been a great holiday and it's a fantastic view.. my Self my Fiancé and my parents have had the best week since we have been going away together and can t wait to boom for next year! I would recommend this cottage to everyone who wants a week away it's just a fantastic area and even a great scenery from the windows... Defiantly an a*********** rating from us!!

We had a fantastic holiday staying at pebble bay.. The accommodation was lovely and a home from home. Parking at the bowling green was free and not time restricted. Only a few minutes walk away. Many places nearby for delicious food and shops too. We visited lots of tourist attractions and were not disappointed by any of them. Sea-kayaking, fishing, crabbing, theme parks, ferry trips, steam train .... lots for all of the family. We will hopefully return to pebble bay and beautiful Brixham.

In a brilliant location in the heart of Brixham, the cottage provides all of the comforts and amenities that a family need whist on holiday. Beautifully decorated throughout with large comfortable beds looking out on Brixham harbour. Couldn’t recommend this cottage enough, will definately be booking again!

My family and I had a great time in Brixham. The cottage was lovely, clean and decorated tastefully. Being a large family, having a dishwasher and washing machine there was handy. The cottage was even a hit with our teenagers who can be difficult to please. The beds were so comfy, i slept like a log. Would definitely recommend this place.

the cottage was all a family could ask for in regards to comfort and layout the view from the top bedroom was spectacular and even came with a early morning wake up call from the seaguls but thats what life by the coast is all about the kitchen was beautiful and well equiped as was the rest of the cottage plenty of storage throughout the property finding somwhere to eat was never a problem with the vast array of restaurants and cafes only a very short walk away i would highly recomend the rock smokehouse and the cowshed parking never seemed a problem and was never parked more than 200 yards from the door

We stayed at pebble bay for a week this month. The holiday cottage was perfect and had everything we needed. The top floor bedroom was amazing with wonderful views. There was plenty of storage upstairs & downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and was ideal being open plan. We always found a parking space by the park so that was never an issue. Would highly recommend eating at the cow shed and simply fish, the ferry over to Torquay was good and only £13 return for a family of 4. We have really enjoyed our holiday to Devon and what made it special was the beautiful cottage we stayed in. Will definitely book again.

I loved this cottage it has everything you and your family could want for a great stay in Brixham. The layout is perfect with great views from the top bedroom which I was lucky enough to have all to myself! We had a fantastic stay. Loved it. Spacious. Clean. Tidy. Excellent amenities. nice touch with the coffee and tea and milk left for our arrival. Great view of the harbour to wake up too. The parking in the nearby care home is 2 minutes walk away and was easy to arrange. Would definitely recommend.

Pebble Bay was fantastic.. The Cottage was ideally placed in Brixham for us, and we could leave the car and just relax. The cottage was spotless and is designed really nice, it felt very luxurious as if we were in a boutique hotel - very nice. The owner was exceptionally kind to send a welcome text notifying us that she had left tea, coffee, milk and biscuits for us. We had no complaints and we all said we would go back again.

We stayed here Whitsun week and had a fabulous stay! The cottage, when we walked in, was very homely and tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean! Couldn’t fault it! Beautiful view of the harbour especially from the top bedroom. Everything was just as it should’ve been, couldn’t fault it. A short walk down into Brixham which was lovely. Parked car at a nearby care home which was cheap enough for the week and to avoid any extra parking penalties. We’ll be back!

Just returned from a lovely holiday staying at this lovely cottage Pebble Bay in Brixham . It was well equipped with everything you need ie games and dvd's for children, fresh towels,everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal and it is beautifully decorated.It is situated well with a good park with a football area which my son's enjoyed. Its just a short walk to the shops, pubs and the harbour. There is plenty of places to visit only short distance away. I would definitely recommend to other people and hope to re visit with my family in the future. Be careful with parking it can be limited in some streets and some streets there are time limits

Good location, very nice house, the only downside was that when we got back to the premises on a nice day there was nowhere to sit out side except a very small patio ,when you looked up you could see a small square of sky ..

Right from researching cottages through to arriving at pebble bay this experience has been plane sailing ! The cottage itself is a gem , beautifully decorated with simple and tasteful style which added ambience and further comfort to our stay. So many thoughtful touches, night lights, heated towel trails, milk and biscuits on arrival, fireplace already prepared in a perfect location. Just minutes walk through quaint lanes and alleyways to shops, multitude of excellent dining options and so many traditional small public houses. beautiful coastal walks just outside the doorstep. Well kitted out kitchen with excellent sharp knives and high quality pots etc. All the rooms and bedrooms were clean comfortable and well equipped. And the views ... wow!!!

I don’t normally write reviews but I just had to for this place! Absolutely stunning inside and perfect location! Log fire was perfect to keep warm in the December weather and a nice lovely walk to the harbour during the day. Would fully recommend anyone to stop!

We stayed here in June, let me start off by saying the photos don’t show what a beautiful home this is! It was really a home from home - such a beautiful place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped, which is ideal for our family. We slept in the first floor bedrooms which were comfy, spacious and bright, the top floor bedroom was equally as comfortable and bright with an ensuite bathroom and the front bedrooms benefitted from views of the harbour. The lounge is bright and very tastefully decorated with ample. The location is ideal to get down to the harbour, there is a little park just up the road and plenty of places close by to eat and drink. The weather wasn’t the best while we were down there so it was a good job that we had picked such a lovely place to stay in - We really enjoyed our Holiday here and would defiantly love to visit again. Also the hosts were delightful and very helpful and had ensured that there was plenty of information on local attractions and goings on.

Pebble Bay far exceeded our expectations.. on arrival, there was a caddy full of tea, a new jar of coffee and milk in the fridge. the owner also left two packs of biscuits to welcome us. The house was very well appointed and had plenty of saucepans and frypans and there were more than enough cups, glasses etc, even a block of sharp knives, which is great for those of us that like to cook. There were more than enough power sockets and storage room. The double beds were really comfortable and the bunk beds, full sized. The en suite bedroom had a good view over the harbour. We were all most impressed with the quality of this property and we are looking forward to going again.

My partner and I had a lovely stay in this cosy little house a few months ago. It was ideal as it was very close to the town, so we were able to go for cocktails on the night and walk back home within a few minutes. It was also only a short distance away from the ferry services in the town. The kitchen was lovely to prepare food in and a nice big bath in the main bathroom to relax in when we came home. The master bedroom that we slept in was very modern and clean. As there are two large bedrooms, we plan to stay again in the future with our friends as I'm sure they would enjoy it as much as we did. Highly recommend!
