We were fortunate enough to spend a wonderful late summer vacation here from August 31, 2025, to September 7, 2025. From the very first contact, we were greeted with friendliness and friendliness. We were even allowed to arrive earlier than booked and received a warm welcome, like arriving with friends. We were shown the vacation home in detail, given everything we needed to know, and by then we were in vacation mode. If we had any questions, someone was always available; it was simply perfect.

We (2 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful week's vacation in the holiday home in Züssow. The contact beforehand was very friendly, and the arrival was problem-free thanks to the good information provided. The welcome was warm, and the key handover was straightforward. The house was clean, modern, and superbly equipped. We loved the garden and seating area. The hosts were always helpful and had great tips for excursions – including delicious fish sandwiches! We would definitely stay again!

The vacation apartment is clean and renovated, but still smells strongly of oil. It's not suitable for families with children due to the extremely steep climb to the bedroom. The apartment is barely separated from the landlord's house. We missed the feeling of privacy. People were grilling, hanging laundry, and so on right in front of our door. This meant we couldn't enjoy the beautiful garden, as we preferred to retreat and not spend time in the garden or on the terrace. The location is good.

We were able to spend a week in the beautiful little house. We couldn't complain and will come back next year. Thanks to the friendly owners for the excursion tips. We felt very comfortable.

Were there with 2 K 2 Ew and we come 100% lovingly furnished, the landlords so nice. The garden is the dream :)

The house is very comfortably furnished, you feel very comfortable. In terms of furnishings, nothing is missing. You get along very well with the landlords, wishes are taken into account. The 2 pets (dog and cat) are very welcome.

Owner is very nice! Internet is an impertinence (WLAN) no reception only occasionally for 2-3 minutes. The living area is acceptable, the stairs upstairs are only suitable for younger people. The beds are: bad mattresses - very bad pillows - duvet for the cold season too thin. The only positive thing is the small oven to heat yourself. Conclusion: We cannot recommend this accommodation! Even left a day earlier.

We were welcomed openly and warmly as a family. It was a wonderful time in the sweet house. Thank you again for everything. We met great people and hopefully we can repeat this again. Many greetings

Friendly hosts, nice property and a good start to explore Usedom and the surrounding area.

House / property correspond to the description. The house is in new structural condition, the property is very well maintained. Everything worked. The landlords are very personable and happy to give one or the other tip for excursions. Incidentally, travel guides Usedom / Rügen were helpful. If you want something quieter, you are in good hands in Lubmin. On the way there, take a look at the Katzow Sculpture Park. Very impressive. Admission free. Not in the guide.

The accommodation was beautiful and highly recommended

Many positive comments led to the decision to book this accommodation, we mostly agree: great garden! Cute house. On the negative side, the advertised wifi is pretty much non-existent. The furniture does not correspond to the photos, here with us a stained, light-colored couch, instead of the 3-divider. Vinegar water in the kettle... We certainly weren't allowed to enjoy €75 final cleaning after the pre-holiday vacationer... Towels incomplete and obsolete!

We stayed with the family in early December... at their cottage. The actual reason for our trip was my wife's hospital stay, so unfortunately we only had 2 nights together there. The house is fully equipped and radiates a special atmosphere with the small stove. One can only say that it was really cozy. Thanks to the very nice landlords for including us in their group. Being alone was pretty boring. We will definitely come back together.

This accommodation really invites you to relax and unwind. Nothing was missing and we felt at home. Really comfortably furnished and super nice and open hosts. We will definitely be back.

We had a great holiday in Zussow. Great surroundings. Nice cozy house. Nice landlords always had a great tip for excursions. Large property very well maintained. We felt we were in good hands. Gladly again.

Small beautiful house. Modern and clean. Landlord friendly and helpful. Only a 7-minute drive to the Karlsburg Clinic. Ideal for relatives who want to be with their loved ones during a hospital stay. The great facilities give you the opportunity to take care of yourself and switch off.

The premises are exactly as described or shown. Furnishings are not worn or broken. We were also allowed to use the garden. We had a very warm contact with the landlords and would love to come back again.
