The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Perfect as a touring base for discovering Mid Wales and Herefordshire, Park House will provide a memorable holiday home, all year round.

Set in the wonderful wooded hills in Mid Wales, the scattered village of Crossgates has a post office, general store, pub and petrol station. With trails and paths meandering their way through woodland and along rivers, the village offers magnificent walking. For more challenging terrain, the nearby Cambrian Mountains or the spectacular Brecon Beacons are just a short drive away.

Garden is fenced but dogs must be kept on leads at all times as could be unsecured. Four well-behaved dogs welcome, all dogs must be kept on a lead and under proper control at all times when using Rhos Holiday Home Park's grounds and gardens. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 miles. Cot and Highchair available. Note check in time is 5pm and check out time is 10:30am.
