Outside of your home, the Marais’ vibrant streets lined with bistros, bars and boutiques are an eight-minute walk away, Canal Saint-Martin’s waterside cafés are fifteen minutes away on foot and the Musée National Picasso-Paris is a mere three minutes on foot from your door.

*The building's entrance is shared with the other residents
*Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm
*There's no parking here, but we recommend skipping the car and making use of Paris' public transport instead – Saint-Sébastien-Froissart station is a three-minute walk away
