The facility is highly recommended and I will definitely come back.

The pool and the surroundings are very nice. However, the grounds and accommodation are showing their age. The bathroom should have been renovated years ago.

Broken paving in front of the reception, crooked steps without railings to the holiday home. The apartment was pretty clean. Very little cutlery, which was partially broken. The toilet wasn't screwed down, so the drain leaked after a few days. renovation backlog. However, the staff was very nice

Bungalow very much in need of renovation. Fridge already rusted. Cleanliness upon arrival was also poor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Deficiencies in the heating were quickly remedied.

The houses meet standard requirements. The fridge/freezer is sufficient. The TV offers about 6 German channels. The processes in the system are uncomplicated and reliable. The delicious breakfast baguette can be purchased in the existing mini supermarket and the restaurant on the premises offers good food along with friendly staff

Just right to relax, functionally furnished, centrally located and clean...

The complex and the bungalows are totally convincing with their location and a unique view of Lake Garda. Unfortunately, the bungalows are very poorly cleaned and the equipment in the kitchen etc. leaves a lot to be desired. Gladly again when the cleanliness of the bungalows improves and the kitchens are re-equipped.

Advertising on the internet when booking doesn't deliver what it promises.

The accommodation (house) was ideal for us. With 2 smaller children 5 years and 10 months. We felt comfortable because there was no need to worry that the baby's crying would disturb the neighbors. There was enough space between the houses. On-site support was good. With 2 pools and the proximity to the lake you could enjoy swimming. Of course, luck with the weather also played a major role.

glasses were missing, the heater couldn't be got to work, only two burners out of four on the gas stove worked and it wasn't clean! We wiped the bathroom before use and had such dirty rags that we could only dispose of! We have been to the Parco del Garda for the fourth year in a row and we have to say: the price is getting higher and higher, but the conditions are getting worse. Nothing has been repaired there for years.
