Superb residence, well maintained, great swimming pool. Garage a little tight (maximum vehicle type Megane, 308) The apartment was great! Unfortunately without a double bed apart from the sofa bed.. (seen in the photos), Washing machine a little too old.., in the room the cleaning under the bed was not great…

The apartment was good overall. Small flats half of the electrical outlets did not work and there was no light in some rooms.

Dirty apartment, arrival in the accommodation, hair, hair and sand, in the toilets, bathtub and floors. I had to clean and disinfect everything when I arrived.

Very quiet residence, 200 meters from many leisure activities (ocean, Casino, hiking trails, restaurants), shops. Apartment in all respects consistent with the description = perfectly equipped for cooking and hygiene. Comfortable bedding. PS: what was missing to award the note of excellence is the narrowness of the secure garage and the daily cost requested for the internet connection.

Well located and clean apartment. But, the room was listed with 2 twin beds which we were hoping could stick together. In vain. Not wishing to unfold the sofa bed which occupied all the living space (very small), we slept there. Very poor bedding and impossible to go around the beds. Reorganization and some investments to be redone by the owner (including plumbing). As for the terrace, it is impossible to be more than 2 people there. This apartment would be ideal for 2 people with a large bed in the bedroom.

Clean apartment, calm and pleasant environment. Well located, 200 m from the beach. On the other hand, we were 2 adults and we did not use the room because 2 beds next to each other, no passage on the side or at the foot of the 2 beds. The installation is even dangerous. Well equipped in the kitchen. A nice pool, but lacks shade. No umbrella available. We weren't able to use the garage because it was too cramped, but it wasn't too complicated to park in the public car park in front of the residence.

Functional apartment I recommend this accommodation but beware of people who appreciate the calm this is not the case 1st floor above the entrance of the building and facing the swimming pool ... A good deckchair would be welcome #
