Pictures say more than words, but we would still like to tell you about the most important features of this beautiful holiday home in more detail. The architecturally elaborate and diversely designed house stands on a huge estate facing the southeast, which conveys an absolutely exceptional feeling shaped by vastness and freedom due to its elevated location. The tasteful outdoor area, marked by open and covered ocean-view terrace areas on different levels, provides numerous outdoor seating spots. The sophisticated floor and wall design as well as the opulent pillars lend these zones a very elegant flair. Here you can find a new, exclusive favourite spot every day. Laid-back lounge furniture is available for hanging out outdoors, as are the pretty chairs at the large table and comfortable loungers by the pool, on which you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun to your heart's content. The infinity pool tiled with blue mosaic stones is comfortably accessible via stairs and not only provides a refreshing way to cool off, but also a special kind of swimming experience, since you can see impressively far into the distance while gliding through the water. In warm weather, you might want to simply eat all of your meals outside and enjoy the uniqueness of the location. The outdoor kitchen even opens up the possibility of preparing meals outdoors. The gas barbecue is enticing for culinary barbecue evenings in good company.
Upon entering the house's interior, we quickly determine that this is by no means less impressive than the outdoor area.
A large living/dining room forms the heart of the ground floor and unites modern living comfort with homeliness on the most successful way.
