We really loved this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed!
BUT—the customer service is awful. If you have any difficulties, good luck finding someone local to help. The office is open only a few hours/day, and even then, they do not answer the phone! There is some corporate office that answers, but they don’t know how to resolve anything. Their only suggestion was that I visit the Interhome office in person, which was a 15 min hike up a very steep hill!
