Absolutely loved it. House was comfortable and clean, excellent location to stay with small kids, town is 3 min drive or 10-15 min walk distance. The person on site very helpful. Will definitely come back.

Hello, We enjoyed our stay very much at number 12 but the vaccum cleaners plug needs replacing and the picnic bench in the garden needs to be treated or replaced as its rotten, other than that everything else was excellent on the site manager was also very friendly and helpful. Hope to be down again in the near future. Kind Regards Mary Lawlor

Hi there. We arrived on Saturday and had rang earlier in the week to hopefully arrange early check in but were told on Saturday that we would not be able to do this. The house itself was grand. Bit of a funny smell from the sewer by the 5th day. We met the agent and she gave us a list of rules for the property but did show us how to work everything. They had signage up around the property in relation to how much it cost if you broke anything or if anything disappeared from the house it would be deducted from the deposit. To be honest I was unimpressed with this as I really felt that she was doing us a favour by allowing us to stay there. When we were checking out however she was fine. Much nicer. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the bathrooms were grand. The garden furniture was falling apart but that was from the constant rain. We did loads while in Kenmare. Would definitely recommend the seafari from Kenmare itself. We went to Dingle and saw funghi also but while we were there we went to the acquarium. That was fantastic. All the family enjoyed it. We also spent a day doing the ring of Kerry. Valencia Island is a spot not to be missed. The views from the top of the mountain are amazing. We drove onto the island and took the ferry off. Very enjoyable. We also spent a few hours in Crag Cave. We ate lunch in the restaurant which was gorgeous, We saw the cave which was entertaining and then the children spent 2 hours in the play area which they thoroughly enjoyed. Also we saw the Bird of prey show which was also good. Very interesting and the children got to take pictures with the birds. All in all it was a good week. We will definitely book a cottage with Go ireland again.

Poor welcome. All she kept saying was have you read your contract. No hot water all week. When I called she said boost boost boost the water which I did and still no hot water. The excuse was the tank was small. Sure we only wanted 3 showers. The en suite bathroom stank of mildew / damp. So did not use. The pillow cases were stained with mascara. The dryer did not work. To dry a pair of trousers took an hour. No washing line in garden. Iron leaked water all over the floor. Toaster only toasted on one side and this took 6 minutes lol... Signs up everywhere telling you how much it costs if you break something... 10 euros if you break a plate lol.... On day of departure we were charged 87 euros for electric. Seriously she couldn't explain it. We didn't use any hot water we had no heating on... I have a 2500 sq ft house and it doesn't cost 80 a week... Very disappointed as this was our first family break away in a while... Kerry however is as always beautiful and the Kerry people lovely all of which does not include pairc an gloine.
