Orestone View, a third floor although, ground level apartment, is a modern, fantastically decorated apartment located in Goodrington on the outskirts of Paignton. Orestone View boasts spectacular Sea Views from both bedrooms and from the living space at the front of the apartment, open the bi-folding doors and soak the view in. Orestone also offers a designated car park space therefore, you'll always have somewhere to park your car at the end of another fun filled day. Goodrington is ideally located for everyone, there is an abundance of public transport available, the bus stop is less than a 2 minute walk away, get the train from Paignton town centre which is roughly a 20 minute walk or simply walk to your destination if you prefer. Within a 15 minute walk you can visit Goodrington Beach for the day, didn't fancy cooking at the end of the day. Don't worry less than a 10 minute walk from the property is Waterside Inn, Jade's Palace, get local fish and chips, there's so many options! 

Size: Sleeps 4 people in 2 rooms

Beds: 1 Kingsize (5') and twin beds (2'6") - The twin beds can be zipped and linked together, if you'd like the bed zipped together for your stay please inform us when booking. 

Rooms: Open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom. 

Kitchen and Utilities: Electric oven, electric hob, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer. 

Entertainment: 40" Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix is available (Guests are welcome to sign into their own accounts, please sign out of your account on departure). Both bedrooms have TV's. 

For Families: Travel Cot (Please bring your own bedding), High Chair, Stair Gates are not applicable due to the apartment being on one level. 

Parking: Orestone View comes with one designated car park space which is clearly labelled. 

General: WiFi provided, gas central heating, bed linen and towels are provided, no smoking, no pets. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
