It houses three bedrooms, comprising of two king-size bedrooms (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request) and a bunk bedroom. Also on the first-floor is a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. On the ground-floor you will find a kitchen/diner, a cloakroom/utility, a snug and a sitting room with a woodburning fire. Outside, you will find a lawn area with table and chairs. Orchard Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring North Yorkshire.

Area
East Witton is a small village resting within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, between Jervaulx Abbey and Middleham. Within the village you will find stone-built cottages and farmhouses and a wonderful village green, in addition to a pub and a Post Office/store. To the West you will find the beautiful countryside of the Dales with the hidden gem of Coverdale within close reach.
