This is good for 2 people, it would be very cramped with more.. Internet connection is not very good as it comes up from the main house - OK outside if it is not raining. The advice on the dogs is confusing, there are no longer any free range chickens! A good spot on the edge of town with walks starting close to the cottage. We had a good time.

Lovely countryside location and convenient for the town centre with it's lovely Tudor shops and many pubs.. The owners were helpful yet none intrusive and their cottage was warm, comfortable and had everything needed so thank you.

Everything at the cottage was as described in the advert made more enjoyable with the arrival of spring lambs in the fields behind the cottage .. We were able to walk to the station for trips out if we didn’t want to take the car. Tesco and a petrol station was also very close. The only drawback with the cottage was the WiFi, the first two days were OK but after that we were frequently told the password had changed ,it was possible to connect on and off but if you need to stay in touch and do not have phone access this is not for you.

Nice cottage, very clean and warm and well equipped.. It backed onto a field where we could let our dogs out when the sheep weren’t in it. Great for a couple/family with small children but would be quite snug for four adults. Very convenient for Ledbury town centre and the Malvern Hills are only a 15 minute drive away and there is a large Tesco just down the road. Would recommend.

A beautiful location with easy walking into Ledbury town or into the countryside.. Can walk to excellent subs and a large supermarket. The railway station and bus stop are nearby (5 minute walk) so a car is not essential. Very friendly owners who were there for information but were inconspicuous! Would recommend this cottage for a week. Not having a washer/dishwasher might be inconvenient for a longer stay. Views from the cottage and from the private patio area were exceptional.

Lovely, peaceful, relaxing location, with amazing views! ! The hosts were most welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. The cottage was spotless on arrival and the milk and biscuits left were much appreciated. Our Dogs,Lilly and Daisy enjoyed their break too, and even they were catered for with a dog bowl and mat laid out for them. Highly recommend!!!!

My husband , myself and sister in-law and her granddaughter stayed here from 18th March 2017. When my husband and myself arrived on the 18th we arrived just as the owners were going out . This was the only time we see them in the whole week we were there. We were very shocked at how close were to the owners house. The cottage is in their garden . First impressions was ok, but soon found dirty kitchen items that we had to wash before we could use them. Kitchen not very well equipped, knives were blunt they could not cut crusty bread. Shower room very small , all had to go into bedroom to dry selves and dress. Bunk bed mattresses were so hard, and bunk beds squeaked and rattled every movement made. Furniture over all was very basic and not very strong. TV was on a coffle table in a very strange place. My husband knocked on owners on Sunday morning 2 times to let them know sister -in -law would be arriving Sunday PM and asked where to park. There was no answer, so husband rung their phone . Very bad customer service . Settee was flaking and only enough space for 3 persons to sit , so we had to bring in garden chair. Floor was not very clean in living area, when we tried to hoover , the bad smell of dogs lingered from hoover. Bad smell came from oven when we used it like it was burning and needed cleaning. We have stayed in a few cottages in Ledbury area and this is worse cottage we have stayed in. Read some of the information in the cottage and tried to follow one of the routes on the map ,only to find it was years out of date and buildings were now built in that area. Would not stay here again if we were paid.

A wonderful cottage in beautiful gardens, and a great location for touring the area. The rural view from the lounge/kitchen/diner is wonderful and the welcome from the owner was warm and friendly. It was dog friendly too with a large meadow for exercise. Somewhere we would definitely want to come back to.

The lodge was well equipped and in a great location. The owners were very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay within the grounds of their home. The lodge was pet friendly and we liked that the lodge had a fenced area to prevent the dogs from entering the owners garden. We would certainly recommend this lodge and hopefully we will be back again.

What a fantastic Cottage. Clean, well decorated and very well equipped. It was dog friendly which was a bonus. There were great views from the kitchen window and shops pubs were only a 10 minute walk away. Owners are very friendly and give lots of useful information on the local area. Will visit again. A great Cotswold experience.

The owner was very welcoming. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and there was a huge selection of books, DVDs, games and toys. The main room had a lovely view over the fields to the woods which was very relaxing. I very much enjoyed my week in this lodge and would re-book should I visit Herefordshire again.
