This charming villa is designed in the quintessential Balearic style. Whitewashed walls, wooden shutters, and terracotta roof tiles lend rustic charm, while a large pool and plenty of places to enjoy the sun and shade outside mean you can get into holiday relaxation mode. The living space on the ground floor is quaint and cosy – we love the artisanal pots that adorn the sunken shelves in the hall, and the characterful kitchen with its vibrant turquoise cupboards. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, while the upstairs floor is composed entirely of the main bedroom. It’s equipped with an en-suite bathroom and doors that lead out onto a private balcony, with spectacular views of the mountains.

In the summer months, spend long lazy days lounging by the pool, which is 9x5 metres and well suited for swimming lengths, or simply splashing around in together. The house is surrounded by a large garden, so you’ll have plenty of peace and privacy. Come lunchtime, head into Port de Pollença, the nearest town, where there are a range of shops, supermarkets and excellent places to eat. Enjoy tapas and paella at one of the family run restaurants, or pick up some local produce to throw on the barbecue at home. The villa is just 800 metres from the beach, a sandy expanse lined with plenty of restaurants and beach bars. After a day of sun, sea, and swimming, come home and gather on the terrace for card games and cocktails.
