One well-behaved pet is welcome, but this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available. You can find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.5 miles. Note: Guests will receive discounts at the café/bar/bistro below the apartment. Note: Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 11am. The Derbyshire village of Stanley Common rests near the county city of Derby and within reach of the popular city of Nottingham. With a rich history of coalmining, the village is now a quaint spot, home to a bistro, a pub and a general shop. Stanley, within the same civil parish, is home to a good selection of pubs and eateries, while keeping with the charm of village life. Delightful and nature-filled areas within driving distance include Shipley Country Park, Kirk Hallam Lake & Meadows, Chaddesden Wood Local Nature Reserve, and Pioneer Meadows Nature Reserve. Further afield is the stunning Peak District National Park, home to inviting villages and towns which can be explored on foot or bike, including the market and spa town of Buxton.
