The town is bordered by picturesque countryside and charming little villages that are worth seeing, and Horncastle, known for its unique stores and antiques centres, is only 15 minutes away. Here, you're sure to find something to remember your time in this delightful place. Spend the afternoon in the 200 acres of picturesque, rolling farmland that make up Snipe Dale Country Park. There are also picnic spots, way-marked pathways, and a variety of species there. You may also drive 20 minutes east to reach the coast, where you'll find Skegness with its well-known seaside attractions or Chapel St. Leonard's, a more sedate village with equally lovely golden sand beaches.
