Walk the inner harbour and discover a replica of Sir Francis Drake's 'Golden Hind' which stands proud over the numerous other vessels. Today, this impressive fishing hub provides much of the delicious seafood that gets delivered to the numerous restaurants that locals and visitors adore. Ocean View Apartment fully immerses you in the spirit of Brixham, with the large decked terrace area giving you a vantage point over the port distribution area and out to sea. Inside, you are greeted with a bedroom/living room, well equipped kitchen diner and a shower room, so if you decide to cook, you have everything at your disposal to rustle up a fine meal. If you decide to head out, be sure to visit some of the Rivieras finest beaches or take the historic steam train to Kingswear, crossing on the Ferry to visit Dartmouth. However you spend your time, South Devon certainly will not disappoint!

Parking: There is no allocated parking for this property and a permit is not included in the price. However the nearest car park for guests is Oxen Cove long stay and is a 10 min walk from the apartment. Short stay and weekly permits for here can be purchased off Torbay Council. Limited on-street car parking is also available free of charge.

General: WiFi not provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided (please notify us if you require extra bedding for the bed settee) Baby Equipment is not provided, please bring your own. No Smoking. No Pets. Mobile Phone signal is good.Please note that to access the apartment, there is a steel spiral staircase which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. The wooden decking can also become slippery when wet. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
