I'd say it was one of the best places I've stayed in the UK without doubt. A lovely property in lovely surroundings with a great owner who was always happy to offer advice on things to do.

Great location set in peaceful surroundings. An ideal place to get away for a break to relax and be mindful. Nature on the doorstep surrounded by woodland. Beautifully designed barn with full glass windows - facing East for a great sunrise. Nice space and well thought out with spacious bedrooms. Owner (Lynda) was very accommodating and friendly. Provided a beautiful hamper with local foods including a homemade cake. Very welcoming and added a little extra to your stay. Nice to relax in the hot tub with great views. Tealby close by which is a charming village with the best tea shop ever and pleasant Countryside walks. The Lincolnshire Wolds is charming! Would definitely recommend a stay in this accommodation -

Very welcoming Owner with a lovely welcome hamper left for us - including the dogs! Modern interior, very comfortable with a nice garden and hot tub too. Nice out of the way location but good for local walks and to explore coast and country side. Good base for cycling too.

Me and my extended family of 9 + 2 dogs stayed at this property in July 2016. I can safely say that we all had a thoroughly enjoyable weeks stay at this property helped along by the fantastic weather. The property we stayed in is a new build built in the style of a barn conversion which fits in perfectly with the other building on this site. The property is very modern yet is full of charm and a perfect setting for exploring Lincolnshire. I would like to thank Lynda the owner of the property for making us fell welcome and for answering any questions we had prior to our visit and also whilst at the property. I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely book again should we wish to visit the Lincolnshire area again.

Our group of 10 stayed here over the may Bank holiday. It is a beautiful house with excellent size rooms, plenty of space. The large gable window gave amazing views from the lounge and master bedroom. It's in a great location surrounded by woods and countryside. We also spent a day in Lincoln which wasn't too far away. The hot tub was great and we loved visiting the Llamas and goats! The host Lynda was lovely and really helpful. Would love to stay again!

Really disappointed with the cleanliness.. We had to clean up loads of dog poo off the grass. The smell of the drains in the wet room was terrible nobody would use that shower which caused a shortage of facilities to shower. There were also a lot of cobwebs through out The property. Very disappointed.

Oak House has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.. Very clean, comfortable and easy to find what you need. There was a welcome hamper and coffee cake waiting for us, on the table, when we arrived and a jar of treats for our dog too! Stunning views, local walks, pretty little villages near by. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Linda, the owner, is very helpful and provided everything we needed, the kids loved playing fetch with her two beautiful, friendly dogs. There is a little village shop, walking routes and park near by, in Tealby, great for a picnic and afternoon out with kids. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday here and would definitely stay again.

The showers needed attention, towels were a bit on the tight side.. The property could use an information folder.
