1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2 - the bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobes and a dressing table which sits in the attractive bay window which enjoys leafy views and some sea peeps.

1 Bathroom - the shower room, which is next door to the bedroom, is fitted with a large walk in shower cubicle, vanity wash basin, toilet and towel rail radiator.

Fully equipped kitchen - gas cooker hob, microwave, electric fan oven, an under-counter fridge-freezer and a newly fitted dishwasher and washer dryer.

Living room - sofa with reading lamp, a flat screen TV with Netflix channels and DVD player, 2 reading chairs and a round dining table for four.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
