The flat was in perfect condition when we arrived and was well stocked with things to cook with, towels and luxuries like an espresso machine and sound system.. Compared to other Sykes Cottages we've stayed at there were some pluses and minuses Good points: + USB charging points all over the flat which was extremely useful! + Comfortable beds and dark bedrooms + Wide selection of cookware meant we could self-cater easily + Nice luxuries such as the sound system, TV with soundbar, espresso machine, drinks fridge, induction hob + Good selection of local maps to borrow, books to read Bad points: - No soaps & minimal cleaning supplies in the property on arrival. Other properties have provided washing up liquid and hand soaps, and a few dishwasher tabs to get you started. - Master bedroom bed frame was very squeaky; rolling over in the night would be enough to wake a light sleeper. Overall we enjoyed our week in the flat, which has a great location and perfect to cosy up in on a rainy day

The location of this property is excellent for some lovely restaurants and walking up the great orme.. There are also lots of attractions to visit which do not take long in the car. The apartment itself is stunning and done to such a high standard that my husband and I were terrified that we may mark something, or damage something valuable which fortunately didnt happen. However, you may want to bear this in mind if planning a holiday with children! I would also recommend taking some slippers since the floors in the bedroom and bathroom are marble, and therefore very cold on bare feet. The hot tub is divine. Very hot and comforting when the Welsh weather isn’t conducive to a day trip. The owner of the property also has some brilliant films on his smart TV, which he or someone had bought, so could be watched without needing to pay. Fortunately the owner has the same taste as us in films and on the monsoon/huricane days we watched Darkest Hour, Four Weddings and a funeral, Bridge of Spies etc! The films were appreciated on those bad weather days! The property had a really good stock of towels so we didn’t need the ones we had brought with us, and much to my husbands delight the kitchen had a washing machine, which he used on a few occasions! (At home it’s on daily!) All in all, it’s a great find and I can recommend it completely. Beautifully clean too.

The cottage was exactly how it was advertised.. Excellant location. Only minutes to the sea front but very quiet where the cottage was situated. We would definitely book this cottage again.

This flat was one of the nicest we have stayed in.. The high ceilings , decor and high spec finishes were just lovely. Beds and pillows were super comfy. The hot tub was fabulous at the end of each day out. It was lovely to be met and shown around the place when we got there and communication before , during and after with the owner has been great and helpful. The kids loved it too....obviously with the wifi and hot tub!! Brilliantly situated for the Great Orme and into Llandudno and also a good base for North Wales. We would recommend Bengal Dynasty as a lovely Indian takeaway despite the reviews....we had two!! We also did The Titan zip wire which is well worth doing and The Forest Coaster which was also worth going to. We had a great time ( shown by the amount of wine bottles and real ale bottles we left for recycling!) and have already recommended this has a fabulous place to stay. Thanks Alex and Catherine. Lisa

This is a beautiful apartment - spotless, contains everything you need and the comfiest of beds.. The decor is lovely and the hot tub was great although we only went in a couple of times due to the inclement weather. If you don't have a hot tub, be aware that it switches itself on and off now and again for maintenance - a bit disconcerting if you don't know that! Parking is on the street and we arrived on Easter Saturday so it was very busy and we ended up in the car park round the corner, which was a pain for ferrying the luggage but convenient enough. We managed to get in the street most days though and once the Easter bank holiday passed, it was much better. The owner and his contacts were very helpful. There are a number of good restaurants and pubs nearby and plenty of shops in Llandudno town centre if you want to self cater. Lots to do in the area.

Beautifully decorated and furnished property with plenty of space and character.. Fantastic location. The hot tub and log burning stove were a perfect way to end each day. Highly recommend

A lovely spacious apartment in a great location - sea, shops, restaurants, station and entertainment all within walking distance.. The hot tub and outdoor seating in a relatively secluded garden space were wonderful additions to this property. A great week was had by me and my 3 sisters.

I did not give full marks for the accuracy of the listing because the listing undersells this property.. The location is outstanding - just five minutes walk from the sea front, pier, town centre, etc. The apartment also has a very high-end finish and tastefully blends mod cons with period features. The high ceilings really add a feeling of spaciousness while the whole place is light and airy. The hot tub is shown in the pics and this really is a standout feature at the end of a long day entertaining the kids.

Apartment was well situated for all amenities, close to promenade and Great Orme.. The accommodation was excellent with all equipment well thought out. Access on arrival went smoothly with pleasant informative lady to show us around. This was a family get together and we all enjoyed all aspects of the apartment and overall holiday.

We had a fabulous holiday, No.. 22 is in an excellent location and the house itself is well equipped. We would love to come back! The hot tub was wonderful after our walks up the Great Orme and Snowdon :-)
