The television in the apartment requires patience, as some channels constantly have to be found again via the channel list. Not really bad, but annoying. A smell of urine developed in the toilet, which could only be counteracted with air freshener.

Furnishings and furniture are good. Living area with underfloor heating pleasant in autumn. Cardinal fault in the bedroom, water ingress in the window area with mold growth. The damage must have been there for a long time. The window panes were constantly wet and also defective from the inside. We had to put containers and towels on the windowsill aufstellen.If desired, photos are available.
