Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Conservatory. Facilities: washing machine, telephone, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The WLAN can only be used with one end device at a time.

Instead of a conservatory, the kitchen should be renovated. Fridge closes poorly, worktop and sink unhygienic. The duvets also unhygienic. We have booked the apartment many times and are disappointed that nothing has happened here yet.

Neat, moderate and clean, what was missing was an umbrella and two sunbeds (lounge chairs) but even that didn't spoil our holiday enjoyment. All in all very recommendable!

The apartment was good, especially the terrace. Living room spacious bedroom small, the mattress was very soft. But all in all good facilities. We would love to come back.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The equipment was very good, everything was there. The only thing was the bedding, pillows old and dirty and the mattress protectors were very dirty. Thanks to the washing machine, we were able to wash everything. But it was But a very nice holiday, thank you Heike Kaiser

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the terrace. We would book the apartment again at any time. As a suggestion for improvement, a hair dryer and a large mirror would be great and mattresses and pillows should be provided with protective covers. A mattress and a pillow showed unsightly stains. Everything else was perfect

What a pleasure to live in this FEWO. Everything was there that you need in an apartment! The only drawback !!! Blankets too thin! Good thing we brought our own duvets!

We could only see the real condition of the apartment in the morning, because the light in the apartment was almost non-existent (I had to put on make-up in the bathroom with a flashlight!). The cleaning crew should be changed.

The decor of the apartment was excellent and everything we needed was there. We were very satisfied with the apartment! Unfortunately, the service and behavior of the staff on site did not meet our expectations and was not okay!

The couche has still not been replaced. Beach chair is missing. Kitchen worktop had bad glue damage. Renovation should be done quickly.

Well and friendly furnished apartment, but unkempt terrace and garden. Mold formation under the balcony of the terrace. Sparse water pressure in the shower. Bad the year of construction according to old. No shower mat and no tea towels. But quiet and central location. Few TV programs. Garden not escape-proof for dogs and small children. Dustbin place dirty. Caretaker service insufficient.

I've been there twice and I'll be back. However, the ventilation in the bathroom should start faster and the mattresses in the second bedroom should be renewed. The sofa in the living room could also be renewed. In any case, the three-seater sat through.
