Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room 11 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. TRAVEL AND SAVE: SHELTERS ON THE BEACH FOR DOGS (DOGS DO NOT HAVE TO BE KEPT IN LEISURE) INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE FOR THE SUMMER SEASON.

Key handover was great. Friendly contact. The location of the holiday home was ideal. Unfortunately, the step at the entrance was very high. The apartment is functional. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Floor tiles black joints should be scrubbed thoroughly. Cobwebs under the closets. Dirt from the previous guest under the sofa. Well, the terrace was just not very inviting. Should be overhauled, also here a very high level. A problem with ants ( kitchen and terrace.

We have been several times in the Norderney house. Unfortunately, this year, before we moved in, we forgot to do the final cleaning. It was very dirty and some things, for example the freezer compartment, were defective Dog beach, on the normal beach, pretty bad for dog owners. WE HOPE TO fix the grievances, and a new booking, for next year.

The holiday home is located directly on the dike and is only a few minutes' walk from the beach and shops. For us it was perfect. The house itself needs some updating. Some of the appliances in the kitchen can no longer be used properly. On the whole we liked it very much and we would book it again. The beach chair was not on the dog beach as stated, but right next to it, but since we don't have a dog, that suited us.

The freezer compartment didn't open, the oven didn't work. Apartment was dirty (cobwebs hung in almost every room.) Stains on the couch and pillows.

It is a solid holiday home that needs updating. Unfortunately, the holiday began with minor defects, some could not be fixed in time (tile defect) on arrival. But our problems were taken care of immediately and the main ones were fixed on the day of arrival. The terrace area is clearly in need of care but was still usable. All in all, a sufficient domicile for a family of 5.

We have booked this house for the third time. For us the house is ideal. Spacious, well equipped and very close to the dike. Of course you can complain about one or the other. But it's not our home, it's just a holiday home for 2 weeks. Again, for us this house is impeccable. We have already booked this house again for 2022.

We felt very comfortable! Everything was there that you needed and more. Everything was clean, the couch was very comfortable. Good mattresses in the beds. The location is great! A few steps to the dike, short walk to the center. Restaurants, sea, ferry, all within walking distance.

The oven didn't work and the microwave didn't work properly either. For families who want to cook for themselves, it is a bit difficult but doable. Dishes, glasses etc. were sufficiently available. Overall, the price-performance ratio was right. It is nothing for people with high demands. Overall it was OK.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired (fridge, stove, dishes, toilet)-we received a small repayment of the cleaning fee, but first impressions count. Socks from the previous tenant, loose railings in the upper bedroom, the terrace was very dirty (moss and cigarette butts), the whole house was quite dusty. POSITIVE: The mattresses and the sofa were very good.

Not very clean, windows should have been cleaned. Mold. on the blinds in the bathroom. Blood pressure monitor in the closet from the previous tenant. Heating without water, later not adjustable.

Apartment was great. Washing machine was missing was on offer. A sun awning for the outside area would be appropriate, since the existing parasol didn't do much. Close to the dyke and the beach. Dog beach great. We'd love to come back.

Overall the accommodation was ok. Except that you have rented a 5-person house and there are only 4 chairs. The couch is worn out. The garden is not a garden, it is a terrace that consists only of concrete slabs. The shed separating the living units would be secured with a small shovel. I don't want to comment on the cleanliness. We still had a wonderful holiday, the location is awesome. Greetings Frederick
