4 days with the family to discover the region. Beautiful area but the property only serves as a place to fall for sleeping. Cleanliness to be reviewed (cobwebs in the bathroom, very quick cleaning) Insulation to be reviewed (dilapidated heating, badly insulated entrance door letting air and insects through).

Both the cottage and the holiday park have had their best days. We were disappointed in the comfort. A few examples: in the holiday park, both the swimming pool and the tennis courts were closed and not maintained. In the cottage itself, the cooking pans are worn (black protective layer comes off completely), the electric stove only works half and the bbq is completely rusted and dirty and can therefore not be used.

The holiday home in Zeewind is fully functional and well equipped. Two small bedrooms and a decent sized common room, plus a cute garden. There is a small fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, mini oven and an electric BBQ. There are even two bikes in the garden shed. The location is decent, about 10 minute walk from the beach and from the nearest tram stop. Bredene is a 15 minutes walk away. All in all, the place is rustic, but fully functional.

Everything you need. Spacious cottage. Beautiful garden. Calm. Everything great...

Beautiful cottage. Well situated. Quiet. Near swimming pool. Beautiful garden. Downside: the cupboards are overfilled so that there is little storage space for your own things. Difficult to find a phone number in Belgium to contact.

The apartment with the outdoor area met our expectations. With the equipment in the apartment and the bicycles, you are prepared for all eventualities.

The location is good, the accommodation is correct, we had a good stay, but…. The +: Bike rides from Bredene, access to the beach and the tram, access to shops on foot, layout of the rooms in the accommodation, its equipment, the garden. The calm of subdivision. Very warm welcome from the Interhome agency for handing over the keys. The negatives: Before going there, we had asked for the dimensions of the double bed to avoid paying the prohibitive cost of renting sheets. Twice we were told: 140cm bed, but in fact it is a 160cm bed. Arrived on site, our sheets were too small. The agency helped us out without financial compensation (thank you). The mandatory cost of 25€ per person per stay for cleaning at the end of the stay is both expensive and above all unjustified. Not finding the accommodation clean enough on our arrival, we spent an hour sweeping the interior, polishing the corners and washing the garden furniture, without complaining to the agency. We therefore returned a cleaner accommodation than the one found on our arrival and left 50€ for a service not rendered. In addition, the agency has a form filled out at the end of the stay to ensure that the accommodation is left in good order, so cleaning should not be done often, and almost never under the furniture. Shame. The owner should be stricter with his subcontractor on this point. The accommodation, although aging, is well equipped and comfortable. We would have appreciated a toaster for breakfast and an iron especially as there is an ironing board. These remarks do not affect the notation. We will return knowing what to expect. The 50€ cleaning must be integrated as an additional cost to the rental without expecting a serious counterpart on the cleanliness side.

Lovely little house....but the cleaning fee of 25 euros per person did not seem to be mentioned in the rental document and seems way excessive for a 2 and a half day holiday.....!!!!
