No 4 Coach house at The Towerview Coach house is one of our creme de la creme properties as with her sister Coach house 5. Set within the kinnoull woodlands guest can have the best of both worlds. Stay in Tranquil scenic surroundings just 2 miles from Perth and less than 1 hours drive to Edinburgh and Glasgow, Ideal base to Relax and enjoy the countryside or to explore Scotland.
The traditional B listed building were once the coach houses and stables that belonged to the 19th century Kinfauns castle. The Coach houses are set in an atractive courtyard setting with idyllic and exceptional accommodation retored to compliment the glorious enviroment with careful thought given to our guests luxury and comfort.
No 4 Coach house is ideal for the whole family and is an easy accessible property. The accommodation is on a split level as follows;-
upper level - large dining kitchen with separate utility room with a back door entrance. The appliance and some work surfaces has been lowerred to suit abled and disabled users. 1 double bedroom, ensuite designed to suit the disabled/elderly with walk in shower. 1 Twin Bedroom with ensuite.
Split level - only 3 steps down with hand rails. 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with corner bath and separate shower. Large luxury lounge, feature stone surround fireplace with electric fire. French patio doors leading onto an enclosed private patio area with garden furniture to enjoy the Scottish sunshine.
Coach house 4 is poplular with families, many return year after year. The children love the horses, the walks through the woods to find all the wood carved woodland animal. The space to run around and so much to do and see in and around Perthshire. Perthhsire is an ideal destination for all the family including the dog.

No 4 coach house can sleep 6 guests and is only 2 miles from the centre of Perth, Whether you are atening a wedding as a guest or in the wedding party we are in a ideal location to stay. A mininum of 3 nights applies.Golf Holidays

No 4 coach house can sleep 6 guests and some consideration has been given to the disabled and elderly with hand rails and walk in shower in one of the ensuites, lowered kitchen worksurfaces and appliances.
