Despite prior notice, the booking documents only arrived after a request. The key handover was very poor (office closed, lengthy phone calls, back to the office, guided but fruitless search for keys in key boxes, finally waiting for someone from a neighboring town, who brought a key after about another half hour).

The apartment was nice. Small and nice, perfectly adequate for a week's holiday with a dog. The only drawback was that there was no internet connection. And the cleaning was only satisfactory.

The service was good. Unfortunately, the house was scaffolded and the terrace was only partially usable. The bathroom was very dirty, especially the floor. The mop and broom were so dirty that you couldn't really use them. The beds are so worn out that our backs still hurt. They really need to be reworked.
