Corner of plot is right out to a 4 lane road, making it difficult to have a normal conversation outside. Best weather all week was on thursday, where we couldnt be outside due to a noisy gardener cutting the hedge. The smell from the refrigriator was i all house when we arrived, cutlery was just put in the drawer without beeing washed, and all closets in the kitchen was dirty. The dead cockroach in the closet under the sink is probably still there waiting for the next guests.

What a nice place! Beautiful house, lovely swimming pool and sun all day. The only drawback would be that the beds did not sleep very well and that the wifi is very slow. Handling the collection of keys went quickly and is a 5-minute drive from home. Beautiful surroundings. in short: highly recommended!!!

We booked this villa 4 years ago and really enjoyed ourselves, especially with the separate apartment below which was very handy! It is a lovely villa but a lot of work needs doing to it! It’s dated and tired looking. The trip switch kept going off and the light IN the pool kept falling out and with it came a lot of dirt in the pool!! It states it the manual in the villa that the pool is cleaned twice a week but that was not the case! It has put us off of using this villa again!!!

About the house, I think the location is perfect since it is 10-15 minutes from the beach on foot, you have a supermarket practically on the corner and many other places within easy reach. The objects inside the house were in perfect condition when we arrived at the accommodation and everything was working properly. I sincerely recommend this house for a vacation. All the best

We appreciated this house a lot. It had a great location, it really was walking distance in reality to the city center, not just in the description as it sometimes is. The house was neat and clean, free from the owners' personal items which I think is a great plus. Comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen. Fantastic view over the cliff and city center when stepping out from the house. Basically we do not find anything to complain about regarding this house.

I use villas each year in calpe and this one was one of the better.location and facilities were great .the added bonus was the a reduction in price,so it was value for money.it was first time using interhome ,they will be part of my considerations for next year .

Location well located beautiful pool beautiful view. 3rd bedroom very small for 2 young adults. Good for a child. Impossible to fit 2 suitcases. Stayed in the living room. Lack of storage in this room. Lack of blackout curtains downstairs bedroom. Very inconvenient to sleep in the morning. Bad smells 3rd bedroom and downstairs bathroom. Many very dirty kitchen utensils related to the previous occupants. Bottom bathroom mixer tap. Hot or cold water. Obligation. To review the water temperature at least 3-4 times during a shower.
