Holiday home is perfectly fine. We were there two years ago. This year we found it cleaner and the kitchen appliances were in a much better condition.

Small house, in a good location with ideal infrastructure in the surrounding area

The house was less clean than we are used to.

At first it was bad signage, because we were standing in front of the neighbors' door at number 21. They reported that guests kept coming there. In addition, the house is sparingly equipped for 6 people with only one toilet and one shower. In addition, everything should be nice and clean at the end, but there are no washing-up or cleaning utensils. In the bathroom we only found a started (wet) roll of toilet paper.

Unfortunately, when we arrived the specially booked towel package was missing, so we had to ask the administration again the next day and pick it up. The cleaning condition and overall condition of the object and the furniture was borderline, especially the kitchen. Otherwise the equipment was good and perfectly adequate, the location was great. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and the nearest tram station, ideal for exploring the area.

Cons: - too few pots with lids, - rooms not cleaned well - steep, narrow stairs without carpet: children slipped on them several times and hurt themselves - extractor hood and light on the extractor hood - smelly vacuum cleaner, probably because the bag was too full, was not replaced Positive: -Very nice, well-kept garden, -Equipment with drying rack and clothes pegs -Overall good equipment

We were disappointed because the photos do not correspond to reality: broken parasol, damaged dishes, washing machine that does not work, the paint on the shutters is in full disrepair and the shutters are rusty. The staircase leading upstairs is very steep. Do not come with very small children. Fortunately, the accommodation is near the beach, the tram stop, the shops and the garden is in the sun.

nice location close to the beach, the cleanliness of the house could be better, especially the bedding can be washed / replaced. but had a very nice holiday!
