Nice and cozy holiday home close to the beach and the town!

Nice house in a central location on the beach (5 minutes) and good infrastructure in the area.

Well-equipped house. Very practical tumble dryer. Too bad there is no dishwasher. Be careful, the second bedroom upstairs opens directly onto the stairs (not partitioned). Good to know when you have children. Big black point: the reserved towels were not delivered and especially no baby bed, although indicated in the description and especially reserved! We had to do without, with a 9-month-old baby...

It is pleasant to stay here not far from the sea and beach. The house is completely closed off from the other houses which gives peace. A wooden gate closes it off which is safer for the children. Very comfortable house with many sockets, cupboards and storage room. Everything at hand to cook yourself. Lots of crockery and cutlery. Spacious kitchen/living room. The washing machine and dryer are very handy. A minus point: smoke smell in the entrance and in the bedroom on the ground floor a dog smell.

The accommodation is clearly showing its age. The sofa is worn, the paint on the furniture has chipped off, the inventory is carelessly thrown together, the toilet is below rest stop level. Stains on seat cushions (not just one) significant dirt under the heaters (black border). Mattresses partly only foam.

The cottage was as described. Everything important is there. The house was clean and tidy. We can recommend it.

The cottage was completely ok. Everything is there, the rooms are very clean. All in all , it was okay . A downside, has nothing to do with the house, the neighbors across the campsite, the hypodrome, can make quite a noise in the evening after 10 p.m. in the tavern.

Everything was perfect, the cleanliness, the bedding, the exterior. Just a small flat on the departure time (10 a.m.) With young children a little tight to return the places as requested, more busy finishing the suitcases and preparing everyone. Otherwise it was great!! To redo

The lack of cleanliness (cobwebs everywhere, a lot of dust, musty cupboards and badly washed crockery / cutlery) and the careless equipping of the apartment (unusable games, thrown together crockery / cutlery, dilapidated sun lounger, poorly functioning shower head, burned-out lamps) cloud what is potentially beautiful in itself holiday home. Loud music came from the very nearby bar only on two nights.

Very pleasantly surprised, everything was there. Will definitely be back.

Good location very convenient to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen. Room cleanliness could be better, cobwebs under mattress in room.

Very nice week in this rental .. ideal for 4/6 people with young children. The bedrooms upstairs are attic but accessible to teenagers.

Furnishing + facilities of the house was quite OK but the cleanliness left something to be desired. Fluff cats on the walls in two bedrooms, clearly not (well) vacuumed for a long time. Downright dirty nooks and crannies in the bathroom. Grouts of the tile wall were dirty, but easy to fix with the right product. A bathroom should be spic and span, always but certainly in these times. Not all eating utensils in the kitchen were equally clean, even that could be better. Property = recommended, if clean.

Rental well suited for a family but a bit tight for 2 couples (only 1 bathroom and connecting rooms upstairs) Beautiful installation, comfortable and pleasant Brief cleanliness in terms of kitchen appliances (oven / microwave / toaster) especially during a pandemic

The apartment is equipped as described and offers the necessary level of cleanliness. A few things could be cleaned more thoroughly and a pair of sharp knives or a knife sharpener would help. The bedrooms were properly cleaned and some beds had brand new mattresses. All in all we had a successful holiday!

We had a pleasant time in Bredene. This is a cozy holiday home, equipped with all the necessary comfort. Within walking distance of the beach and the coastal tram. It is best to do your shopping by car. From Bredene you can easily go down the Belgian coast both in the direction of Knokke and that of De Panne. Couple of minuses: - No dishwasher! - Sound carries throughout the house! - a chef's knife is missing.

The house was visible but only superficially cleaned. However, the shower curtain and mattress covers should also be washed at regular intervals and the rear corners should also be cleaned. The "normal" cleaning after changing the bed alone is not enough over a long period of time. There seemed to be mold on the wall in the master bedroom. In itself a nice little house, which, however, requires an intensive "basic cleaning" and mold removal.

We were in the house for the second time and are still satisfied.
