The house was great, super clean and furnished with love. The location is very nice and quiet. The handover and delivery was super easy and friendly. We were two young women and were a little scared the first night but the grounds are safe and just beautiful. We could really enjoy it. Unfortunately there was only one toilet paper roll and no washing-up liquid. But since we went shopping anyway, that was a small problem. We'd love to come back!!

In the description on Booking.com it is stated that costs are charged for use of air conditioning. Fine. On the spot, however, it turned out that the landlord passed on all energy costs, a fixed amount of € 150 per week. So also for using the refrigerator, the garden sprinklers that spray for hours at night, the pumps of the swimming pool, the lighting in the house, etc. Ridiculous! We did not use air conditioning and had meter readings recorded. Our costs: € 140. We feel cheated.

The house has fully met our expectations, the garden is gorgeous. The hosts were very nice and also speak English. We enjoyed the holiday very much and were able to find peace and quiet. But, unfortunately, the shower donates almost no hot water. Unfortunately, the windows cannot be darkened in this accommodation. The price for gas and electricity was shocking... at over €280 for 2 weeks, we found it very high and exaggerated, especially since we paid special attention to it.

Cozy house with beautiful enclosed garden. Great for a large dog. Our Malinois was able to run nicely here in complete safety. Good base for visits to Orvieto, Narni, Orte, Amelia, Spoleto... and many other beautiful cities. Those who like beautiful surroundings, peace, walks and cultural visits will certainly find what they are looking for. Friendly owners who communicated correctly.

Once you drink water in Africa, you will drink it again and again. We were able to experience this and much more here in Penna in the African-style nest. Although very cold, we felt a lot of warmth.

The idea for those seeking tranquility. The house is impeccably maintained, has many comforts (air conditioning, a large barbecue, a small but comfortable swimming pool) and is finished with great care. The house was delivered to us clean and tidy. The olive grove and the green space are well cared for thanks to the work of XXX (a very nice person!) Who is also the maintenance manager.

We were basically satisfied with the accommodation. Unfortunately, we had to find out on the first day that the contractually guaranteed Internet access was not working. Despite immediate information to the owner, no troubleshooting was organized in the 3 weeks. Partly missing operating instructions for devices. We were very surprised about the very high energy consumption (800 kWa in 3 weeks) despite economical use! At home we use a third of it.
