New, modern, in perfect condition, no defects at all. Quiet (at least in October), beautiful view of the mountain and the grounds from the balcony. We really enjoyed having such a beautiful and well-equipped apartment. And all family members found the beds comfortable. All the furniture has white/light fabric upholstery, which makes the apartment look really beautiful and high-quality, and we really like it. I imagine it would be difficult with small children.

This spacious and luxurious apartment boasts stunning views. It's tastefully decorated and boasts a lovely, large balcony. The boulevard and the center of Denia are within walking distance, yet the apartment complex enjoys a quiet location. The lush garden and swimming pool are impeccably maintained, as are the communal areas (entrance hall, hallways) within the complex itself.
