This spacious 5 bed house is situated in a peaceful location with sea views in Templeboy, County Sligo.The lounge cum dining area has a wood burning stove,which also heats the water & radiators.Oil fired central heating heats the whole house. Double doors lead to a separate dining room which leads to a spacious kitchen with all mod. cons. There is also a utility room, playroom and w. c.Off the hall is a wheelchair w. c. and ground floor bedroom with ensuite. There is also a sitting room with a large TV. Upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms with 3 ensuite / bathroom. The house comfortably sleeps 12.Outside has an securely enclosed grassy area with swings, a slide and also a patio area. Free to air satelite tv is included, there is also a seperate sitting room with T V & DVD player for the children. Please note oil heating and electricity are extra , you will just be charged for what you use at current rates.
