Renowned for its Armoy Road Races, the village makes for a fantastic holiday destination, with the idyllic Bush River weaving through, views of the impressive Knocklayd mountain, as well as being situated within easy reach of the Causeway Coast, Glenshesk and Glentaisie. Visitors can enjoy picnicking and strolling through the village's Riverside Gardens, stopping for a hearty meal in three friendly pubs, including The Amarda Inn, and grab their essentials from the well-stocked convenience store. Travel to the west of the village to find the historic and enchanting Dark Hedges, and the esteemed Gracehill Golf Course; venture east to discover the nature reserve of Breen Oak Wood, where walkers and birdwatching fans will be amazed by this wild forest.
