Narnia Cottage is a semi-detached house located in the North Yorkshire town of Scarborough. It has two bedrooms including a king-size and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside you will find a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. To the outside there is off road parking and roadside parking as well as a rear garden with a shared courtyard and a private decking with furniture. Narnia Cottage is a well-placed property for exploring this fine area of North Yorkshire.

The seaside town of Scarborough retains many original buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its castle. North Bay and South Bay are two superb beaches, popular with families. There are activities including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Scarborough is great for outdoor activities too, with golf courses, coastal walks, cycle routes, sailing and championship-quality surfing. Add to this the usual seaside entertainment and promenades, Scarborough is the destination with something for everyone. Ideally situated for touring the coastline and the moors, Scarborough is an ideal base for a fun-filled break.

We booked narnia cottage in june and september 2019 staying 2/3 nights each time with our residents. A clean beautifull cottage that met all our needs, a proper home from home the best holiday cottage we have stayed in . A kind and friendly owner with some lovely touches, both times we were sad to leave looking forward to booking next year with my own family a fantastic find.

Narnia exceeded our expectations, a home from home.. Comfortable, clean, modern and we didn't want for anything. Our boys loved their room and having Wi-Fi, they loved the quietness of the cottage and comfort. We were superbly located to walk to the beech and also to the local park at Falsgrave. Off street parking was a bonus. We will definitely be returning.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Narnia cottage.. It was well furnished with comfortable sofas and beds. The facilities were well appointed with everything catered for. We arrived on Friday 2nd November and settled in immediately until departure on Monday 5th. The cottage is a good place to explore from and nice to get back to. Though the cottage isn't entirely secluded, with it's small courtyard, it felt like it. The only drawback is the steep approach to the cottage. It might be advisable to make this apparent in the description. People with mobility issues will have problems walking to and from the cottage. Overall,a very pleasant short break and we would certainly consider going back and recommending it to friends and family.

Owner? Came in with linens during stay.. Presume she would have come in if I had not been in the building and felt very unhappy about that. Also, neighbours doing diy late at night and noise carrying the cottage.

I appreciated the efficient cooker , straightforward microwave and good sized fridge and freezer.. ..............along with ample work surface it made catering away from home very easy.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished with seaside-themed mugs, pictures etc.. The lounge is very comfortable and spacious and like a show home. We were surprised by the attention to detail and the kindness of the owner who provided bread, milk and biscuits for our arrival. We had a great time and will go back as soon as we can.

This cottage was one of the most comfortable and welcoming we have ever stayed in.. Extremely spacious and tastefully decorated to a high standard. Short stroll to the beach with all its amenities. Even our little dog didn't want to leave!!!

As soon as we walked into Narnia cottage our holiday began, the entrance opened into a dinning area comfortable for four adults sitting to eat.. The home away from home comfort factor, continued into the sitting room which was large and contained 2x3 seater sofas and still left plenty of space to move around. The galley kitchen was well laid out with lots of storage space and adequately equipped for 4+ people. The holiday themed décor was bright and was a cheerfull reminder of why we were there. The 2 bedrooms were lovely the main one containing what I'm sure was a kingsize bed and still had plenty of space to move around to access the bedroom furniture. The second bedroom had 2 single beds that were well positioned to take advantage of the size and room layout. The bathroom bath /shower layout worked well because as bathrooms go it was larger than average. My wife and I were very impressed overall and it made our holiday as good as it gets.
