A comfortable apartment with two separate bedrooms for a big plus to travel with friends. Quiet neighborhood, more for motorists to commute to selected places. Plus for Express coffee and hair dryer :) I find the stay very enjoyable :)

Nice location but the glory years are behind it. The bad assessment is mainly due to neglect of the apartment, dust everywhere, gray curtains, dust on lamps, dirty kitchen. Difficulty using shared internet.
