A totally different, impressive and beautiful site. Very well equipped, quiet, close to the beach. Just what I wanted for a family vacation.

the building despite needing work is beautiful. The apartment needed some improvements, both from an aesthetic and functional point of view. During our internship we noticed a bad drainage of the shower so we had to solve the problem ourselves. Not having rags and hand towels in the kitchen seems to be easy and not too expensive. The lack of wi-fi seems ridiculous I think it's important for people to know that they don't have hygiene products, including toilet paper. In general we loved it !

So happy to be able to stay here and view the building. It looks like a labyrinth, but is beautifully put together. The apartment was simple but clean, very good bed and good shower. View of the sea and the Ifach. Nearby you can swim in the sea. The pool at the top is also beautiful. Tip: go at noon, we were there alone then!

Beautiful location but a bit far from the beach to walk

When you stay at the Red Wall you already know what is coming. The building is simply a work of art, and the surroundings of La Manzanera, with the other buildings by Ricardo Bofill, spectacular. We have some beautiful memories. The apartment itself is quite complete, but don't expect luxury. It is not the ideal location to visit Calpe and the building is not designed for the comfort of the resident under conventional standards. However, we were not looking for one thing or the other.

We went through the building which is amazing. The apartment could be improved quite a bit simply by cleaning and tidying up a bit. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired (dirty kitchen utensils, dusty bathroom ...) The cabinets are full of junk that prevents you from storing anything, it is appreciated that they have a fan, umbrella and even shovels, but the radiator in the middle of July does not do missing and could be saved better. There were also no indications of access to the pool and you had to look for life.

It is a beautiful, curious and interesting building. In an enclave surrounded by ravines and beautiful coves. With the rock of De Ifach in the background as the protagonist. The apartment will do very well to have Wi-Fi since it does not have it. The elevators are not in use either and with so many stairs it would not hurt. It does not have air conditioning which in the summer months would be a major disadvantage .. check out is at 10 a little early and check in from 3:00 pm .. there was no soap in the bathroom shower.

The houses are old, well cared for in its time but by now unkempt, furniture of the past and very strong stale smell everywhere. Luckily we were at the end of September and it wasn't extremely hot, because otherwise without air conditioning it would have been agony. We found insects (a praying mantis and a beetle) in the various rooms, but it is understandable since we are not in the center. We would definitely stay there again.

A big thank you to all the sweet staff from Interhome in Calpe, who organized a taxi for us from the airport in Alicante and helped us with the chaos we had, when our flight was canceled and we first arrived 14 hours later. The apartment is lovely and well furnished. The whole building an experience and the pool on the roof fantastic.
