The historic house of Felbrigg Hall, also run by the National Trust is another good day out, with its 520 acre wood, gardens and the Hall itself; numerous family events are run here during the year too. The coastal resorts of Sheringham, Weybourne and Cromer are nearby and inland, seek out Holt with its cafe culture, independent boutiques, art galleries and antique haunts.
