Mount Corbitt house itself is of historic interest, being the birthplace of Robert Andrew Anderson in 1860, first secretary and chief organiser of the Irish Co-Operative Movement from 1894 to 1922. First built in the mid 1700s and then added to in the mid 1800s, the house comprises of 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite, 2 twin rooms, 1 of which is ensuite and a family bathroom upstairs.
