good location everything available clean pleasant swimming pool nuisance from works on both sides next to the apartment in addition the cranes attract many seagulls that make a lot of noise balustrade not sturdy at the front, cracks at the fixing points in the floor causing the balustrade to wobble, immediately reported but still kept the children away from the front terrace for safety reasons
