Accomodation Details
One double bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Area
The small village of Haworth was home to the famous Bronte sisters, who were inspired by the surrounding moorland to pen their novels, which have become classics of English Literature. Haworth is a village that time almost forgot, with its myriad of curiosity and antique shops, alleyways and cobbled streets creating a wonderful period atmosphere, all set against a framing backdrop of countryside famously described in the novel Wuthering Heights as wild, rugged and barren.

Region
From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Where else in Britain is it as satisfying to sit and do nothing as it is to explore the numerous pursuits on offer?

Amenities
Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, Wifi, DVD, CD. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 1 mile. We booked this cottage for a week after easing of COVD restrictions. Upon arrival it was clear that the owner had not cleaned or checked the state of the cottage after months of sitting empty. Heating did not work at all! The bed had a broken spring and bathroom walls, tub and baseboard were covered in mildew & mould. I had to leave due to sickness from the mould. Owner has accused me of lying about the photos taken to show the condition of the cottage, claiming they were not her property. Filty , disgusting place and nasty owners.

A lovely cosy cottage with log fire.. In a great location for walking dog, with stunning scenery. Local attractions not too far away, Haworth village, Oxenhope, Bronte Waterfalls & about 30mins drive to Grassington. A very warm welcome made by the owner Amanda with a few little treats upon arrival. We loved our stay & defo book again

Lovely, cosy, comfortable cottage with everything you could need and free parking right outside.. The adjacent road was a little noisy at times (I think the locals used it as a race track) but the cottage itself and the stunning views made up for that one downside. It takes about half an hour to walk into Haworth but it is the right side of the village to easily get to the Brontë walk to the waterfall and Top Withens. Would definitely return.

Adequate cottage for the two of use.. The noise of the traffic in the morning and evening made it annoying. It seemed to be a cut through with the vehicles going quite fast. Personally the cottage may be due for a refurb.

Just arrived home from a well needed break in the Yorkshire Dales and this lovely cottage was such a great place to stay and relax from our hectic lives, the fire made it so cosy in the evening and it’s location was perfect for walking our little dog, the views were beautiful too. The quaint village of Haworth well worth a visit for the Bronte Parsonage and especially the Kings Arms who made us feel so welcome, we will definitely be back xx

The cottage is exactly the description given, and more.. The cottage exceeded my expectations. From comfort to the utensils in the kitchen, the cottage was more than perfect. After staying for 7 nights, the peaceful location was exactly what I was looking for. It is close to tourists attractions such as the Bronte Waterfall and the Bronte village. The cottage was clean and some lovely biscuits were left for my stay which was a really nice touch. I couldn't recommend this cottage enough to people as it couldn't have made my stay any better.
