Excellent accommodation. Clean. Lovely bed and good shower. Quiet and rural surroundings and yet the city of Perugia is not far away by car. We had good contact with the hostess (C.) right away. She was always there for us, gave good tips and even looked after our dog when we wanted to go away alone. Very friendly. Recommended.

For me the worst and dirtiest accommodation in Italy so far.

reservations about this place of accommodation due to: renovation taking place right next door (8-10 steps) to the neighboring building. I have a photo - but MOST OF ALL the lack of heating, although we had it in the rental conditions (the house is made of stone, and the mezzanine is very high), evenings and nights are already cold (October). There are only blankets with a sheet to cover ourselves. We all slept in thermal underwear.

Wonderful complex with a beautiful pool, functionally furnished apartment. The best thing is C., who is always caring and helpful.

A completely renovated and modernized historic villa immersed in the heart of a fantastic park which also includes a very nice outdoor swimming pool. The furniture is classic and elegant and the equipment offers everything you need. The host is very kind and ready to meet the needs of customers. The location is strategic because it is just a few minutes from the SS3 junction. For those who want to spend a holiday in Umbria and in the surroundings of Perugia, it is the ideal choice

In the picture it looks really nice, but the place is really sad, dirty pool, broken beds, tables are not there, no staff even exist, if you needed you did not know who to contact, obscene apartment cleaning, dirty fridge and with things inside. who had been there before. I do not recommend it to anyone. Too bad because if managed in another way it could perhaps make it.

Great location, spacious and nice pool. Good service from the family and central location for visiting all the beautiful places in Umbria. Enjoyed a peaceful stay.
