only one air-conditioned bedroom the rest of the apartment is not. Old apartment, lots of little broken things Unclear location lots of stairs Otherwise ok overall in mid season only

Very good location, it takes 5 minutes to the sandbank on foot, very quiet area

The location is not bad but the bathing area on the rocks is scarce compared to other areas of Javea. The furniture in the house is old, needs some improvement in general. Uncomfortable interior stairs. Access to the house by stairs. Much mosquito. Wiffi lousy or null. Cabinets without drawers. Regulate the temperature in the shower, impossible. They only gave us one set of keys.

The house is fine, but there are things that can be improved: such as cleaning, need to install air conditioning or fans, in all bedrooms and in the living room; as well as lack of parking, as the garage door is very narrow.
