Pleasantly surprised by the calm of its environment Modernization of the equipment of the house would be a plus (garden furniture, terrace and shower room upstairs)

The house is fine, it is not a great house but for this year with covid it is fine, a little overpriced for what it really is. The urbanization is very quiet and there is nothing apart from other houses around it, in that part of Miami Platja there is not much, so everything is quiet. To go to the supermarket or anything you need the car. Usually the house is good but price is high. Even so we have been comfortable since we were looking for tranquility and little social life

Kitchen condition everything was very, very dirty (Geschier, electric oven).
